Jun 24, 2010 (The Australian Financial Review – ABIX via COMTEX) — The Federal Court of Australia has given three people jail sentences for contempt after they contravened orders banning them from selling fake Ugg boots. In November 2009, US company Deckers Outdoor Corporation gained an order against Melbourne company Hepbourne for infringing its product name and logo. However, the company continued to make over 30,000 pairs of the footwear.
